VENTOSA RIVERWALK
yup, this place here is new! i believe the humans just finished it ( but hey, i'm only going on the word of a weird little sparrow ) so it's quite modern! the buildings that line the river are quite bright ( as in, they're both light-colored and have lots of lights ), so i suppose that must be considered "modern". aside from that, it seems the river is very nice ( i swear they put koi in there, but i'm not sure ) and the food must be good ( or they're drugging it ) because this place is quite popular and busy at times.
